Program Management Specialist

Lead planning, execution, and closure of complex Defense & Aerospace programs aligned with Teradyne’s program lifecycle framework Collaborate with Sales on proposal development and program capture strategies Conduct detailed contract reviews to assess scope, risk, and deliverables Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), identifying critical paths and mitigating risks Build cross-functional alignment across global teams for cohesive, timely execution Monitor program performance using industry-standard tools and initiate corrective actions Deliver executive-level program updates and customer communications Sustain urgency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration Travel 10% or less Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience Minimum 7 years of progressive engineering and program/project management experience, ideally in Aerospace & Defense or high-tech Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs with full cost/schedule/performance accountability Proficiency with program management tools, risk reviews, and integrated scheduling (e.g., MS Project) Excellent organizational and communication skills, including ability to communicate and foster communication between project groups Strong ability to use data and information for problem solving Understanding of handling and securing ITAR and CUI information This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship ITAR-restricted position: candidates must be a US Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Asylee, Refugee, or otherwise lawfully admitted under an amnesty program Position may involve access to export-controlled technology and may be subject to export licensing requirements prior to employment Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading complex Defense and Aerospace programs, with a strong focus on program management, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration.
