We excel in design, project management, commissioning, and enterprise technology integrations.i2G's mission is to provide the products and services that meet our customers' needs to give them a vital advantage in today's market, helping to protect what matters most.We are seeking a Security Project Manager that will lead a team of Security technicians and subcontractors that install ACS, IDS, CCTV, intercom and other low voltage systems for our clients in Northern Virginia.The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee multiple project simultaneously with the help of the local engineering, sales, and technical staff. The Ideal candidate will take ownership of assigned projects and ensure robust communication with our customer and team to make sure all stakeholder expectations are met. The Project Manager will oversee day to day operations of multiple projects and report as needed job status, schedule updates, risk mitigation steps, changes, and material needs throughout the project's lifecycle. The PM will lead a team of Senior/Lead Techs, Jr Techs, and subcontractors.Applicants for this role must have Property Technology Security backgrounds!ResponsibilitiesProject Management experience in an electronic security system environmentAbility to lead and mentor a teamExperience overseeing subcontractors and ensuring work is done as is expected by i2G systems and all stakeholders.Strong communication skills. This goes not only within the i2G team but also with our customers and subcontractors.Ability to Read and understand security system drawings as well as familiarity with electrical and civil drawing packages.Experience managing integration engineers that program electronic security systems including but not limited to access control systems, intrusion detection systems and CCTV systemsMaintain project equipment inventory, red-line drawings, and qualityAssist with creating proposals as neededQualificationsPrevious project management in electronic security systems fieldWorking knowledge of Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, Fire systems, and/or DMP is a plusMust be able to pass a background checkProficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)Proficient with scheduling software such as MS Project, SimPro, or SmartsheetsProficient with Microsoft WindowsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have a valid driver's license5+ Years previous experience with electronic security systems requiredPrefer direct experience with Lenel, Axis, Software House, Verint training certifications highly desired but not requiredTraining and Certifications in the above product lines and PMP certification preferred.This is an Electronic Security Project Manager career opportunity with i2G Systems.Equal Opportunity StatementAt i2G Systems, we believe that diversity makes us stronger - at work and in the world. i2G Systems is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
