Sr. Sales Executive (Remote)

Your primary focus will be new client acquisition—this is a true hunter role. You will drive the expansion of our proprietary Managed Service Provider (MSP) model for Direct Hire, alongside traditional Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing services, targeting Enterprise and Mid-Market clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive New Business: Prospect and acquire new accounts across large enterprise organizations (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies.
• Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire sales process, from initial outreach and pipeline generation to contract negotiation and new client onboarding.
• Strategic Navigation: Manage complex sales cycles, effectively influencing and persuading decision-makers at various levels.
• Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue quotas.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain exceptional, long-term relationships with prospects and active customers.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company and network with key leaders at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications & Must-Haves:

• Industry Experience: 7+ years of proven success selling Professional Staffing services (e.g., IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering) to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. (Note: Candidates whose experience is primarily in healthcare or light-industrial staffing will not be considered).
• Hunter Mentality: A deeply proven track record of successful new client acquisition in the professional staffing space.
• Established Network: Well-connected within the talent ecosystem, possessing strong existing relationships with key decision-makers (TA, Procurement, MSP, and Contingent Workforce Program leaders) in Tech, Finance, Engineering, etc.
• Mindset: Highly driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strategic approach to market expansion.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient using modern sales and communication tools, including CRM platforms (e.g., MS Dynamics), video conferencing (e.g., Zoom), and the MS Office Suite.
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Logistics: Must reside within the US and have the ability to travel 2-3 times per year for industry conferences.
