Prefers 3 years of experience supervising professional staff engaged in the provision of child welfare services. Prefers 3 years of professional experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures in a socialservice agency. Prefers 3 years of professional experience in the development of strategies for the improvement of social service programservices.
