Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Sales Agents to join us! We want to help YOU build your career! Our fast-growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience

• Meet with qualified home sellers and guide them through the listing process
• Deliver a smooth, professional home-selling experience
• Build strong client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Follow up and manage your pipeline using our CRM system
• Host open houses and convert opportunities into clients
• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications:

• Tech savvy
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Past sales experience is preferred

• Active Real Estate License (South Carolina required)
• Full-time commitment to real estate sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, driven, and growth-focused
• Organized with excellent follow-through
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset
