Join our friendly, patient-focused team! We are looking for a personable and dependable Medical Receptionist who enjoys helping people and treating every patient like family.
Zymek Cardiology is a small but growing medical office looking for someone who is organized, positive, hardworking, and comfortable working closely with patients, providers, and our medical team.
Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
Greet patients and provide a warm, welcoming experience
Check patients in and out and schedule appointments
Collect copays, balances, and other patient payments
Obtain and follow up on prior authorizations
Process incoming and outgoing faxes and new patient referrals
Send prescription requests and communicate with pharmacies
Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
Assist with daily front-office duties and keep the office running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Medical office experience is required
Friendly, personable, and professional
Hardworking, dependable, and punctual
Positive, patient, and compassionate
Self-efficient and able to take initiative
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
$19–$23 per hour, based on experience. We do not offer any benefits at this time.
