Radiologic Technician

Role: Radiologic Technologist providing imaging and radiologic procedures in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Responsibilities Conducts radiographic procedures based on physician orders, ensuring patient safety and understanding. Reviews patient history, administers contrast media, and monitors patient condition during procedures. Precepts new staff and models proficiency in imaging techniques. Ensures image quality, equipment functionality, and adherence to best practices in radiology. Contributes to safety, quality, and effective multidisciplinary teamwork to achieve exceptional outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program. Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with possible specialty certifications. State licensure if legally required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross. Strong attention to safety, patient care, and technical proficiency. Key Duties Provide top of scope imaging care with a focus on patient education and safety. Respond to patient condition changes promptly.
