About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales and Operations for the Boston Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and communicating a strategic vision that aligns with the company's goals, as well as recruiting, retaining, and mentoring a high-performing sales and operations team. This role requires full P&L ownership, managing both sales and operations in the assigned markets, and acting as a working manager to drive large sales opportunities.
