Business Development Director
Altru Rehabilitation Hospital
Altru Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Altru Health System, is seeking a Business Development Director to drive strategic growth for our inpatient and outpatient rehab programs in Grand Forks, ND. In this role, you will develop and execute market growth plans, expand referral networks, and build partnerships with physicians, hospitals, payers, and community organizations. You will analyze market trends, identify new service opportunities, and collaborate closely with clinical and administrative leaders to align growth with our compassionate, patient-centered mission. The Director will lead outreach and contracting efforts, track key performance metrics, and ensure all initiatives support high-quality, rehabilitative care, community impact, and long-term patient recovery.
