The role of Automotive General Manager at Milea Auto Group, located in Bronx, NY, offers an exciting leadership opportunity within our dynamic team. As the Automotive General Manager, you will oversee all operations ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong management skills and industry knowledge to drive success and growth within our dealership.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the dealership to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and lead the sales, service, and parts departments to achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team.
- Proven experience in automotive dealership management or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
