About Our Agency
I graduated from Augustana College, where I was honored to be an All-American Track and Field athletea foundation that shaped my work ethic, determination, and competitive spirit. Today, I'm a proud husband and father of four, and when I'm not in the office, you'll usually find me exercising or spending time with my kids. I'm also active in the community as a board member for the USMCA Minority Contractors Association, and as a die-hard New England Patriots fan, there's no shortage of football conversations around here. Role Description
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Patrick Zeunik - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
