As a Server Assistant, Busser, Food Runner, or Dining Room Support team member at Inn on Broadway, you will help create seamless, memorable service for hotel guests and Prime 26 diners. This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on restaurant experience in an intimate boutique setting while working alongside a team that values personalized service, polished presentation, and genuine teamwork.

What You Will Do:

• Support servers and the dining room team by clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean, inviting tables throughout service.
• Deliver food promptly and accurately, using strong food handling practices and attention to plate presentation.
• Assist with dining room setup, stocking service stations, polishing items, and preparing the space for smooth meal periods and special events.
• Communicate professionally with servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to help ensure guests receive timely, attentive service.
• Maintain sanitation standards in dining, service, and dishwashing areas while helping create an organized and safe workplace.
• Contribute to restaurant and catering operations, including weddings, business meetings, celebrations, and other events held at the Inn.

• You work well as part of a collaborative team and communicate clearly with front-of-house and back-of-house colleagues.
• You are dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server assistant, busser, food runner, dishwasher, restaurant attendant, banquet support team member, or hospitality associate is valued but not required.
• Food safety knowledge, ServSafe certification, catering experience, or familiarity with fine-dining service is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• This in-person opportunity in Rochester, New York starts at $18 per hour .
• Eligible team members receive sick leave.
