Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk:
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
• Set up new employees in Paycom and assist with benefits administration
• Maintain employee and accounting records through accurate filing and documentation
• Review payroll trackers and support payroll-related reporting activities
• Prepare and distribute accounting and HR reports as needed
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested
Qualifications for the Accounting Clerk:
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sage 300 experience preferred
