What You’ll Do: Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions Support resident billing, collections, and Medicare/Medicaid coordination (as applicable) Review invoices for proper approvals and coding Assist with monthly close, accruals, and journal entries Reconcile resident deposits, petty cash, and bank accounts Maintain resident financial files in compliance with federal and state regulations Support balance sheet reconciliations and monthly P&L accuracy Help monitor key internal controls and census reporting What We’re Looking For: Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred 2+ years of accounting experience (senior living or healthcare a plus) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and accounting systems Clear communication and sound problem-solving abilities Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
