Head of RF SoC Development

Responsibilities Lead the architecture and development of RF SoC platforms integrating RF, analog, and mixed‑signal subsystems Define system specifications, performance targets, and design strategies for integrated RF solutions Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration across RFIC, packaging, verification, and test teams Oversee the full silicon development lifecycle from architecture through design, tape‑out, and silicon validation Drive system‑level trade‑offs across performance, power consumption, chip area, and manufacturability Guide integration of RF front‑end blocks such as LNAs, mixers, PAs, VCOs, and switching networks into scalable SoC designs Support silicon bring‑up, debugging, and characterization following fabrication Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices in RF SoC design and development Requirements Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. 8+ years of experience in RFIC or RF SoC design and development Strong understanding of RF system architecture and integrated circuit design Experience delivering silicon products through tape‑out and validation Must be willing to work full‑time, onsite, in Atlanta, GA.
