Clinical Development Scientist, Senior Manager

Senior Manager role providing scientific and clinical oversight of clinical trials for the Inflammation & Immunology portfolio. Responsible for data integrity, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration across early and late-stage development programs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain scientific expertise in assigned therapeutic and disease areas
- Author and review clinical documents including protocols, ICFs, IBs, and regulatory submissions
- Lead clinical data review strategy and present safety/efficacy findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure trial objectives and seamless execution
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulations, and GCP standards
Requirements
- PhD, PharmD, or MS in relevant scientific discipline
- PhD/PharmD with 2+ years or MS with 5+ years clinical research experience
- Demonstrated clinical development experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
- Strong knowledge of ICH guidelines, GCP, and clinical trial design
- Excellent scientific writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities
Compensation: $139,100–$231,900 base salary, plus 17.5% bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
