Emergency Response Coordinator

We’re looking for an Emergency Response Coordinator to join our team and serve as one of the first points of contact for homeowners and businesses experiencing fire, water, storm, or other property-related emergencies. This is a unique sales opportunity where speed, communication, and relationship-building matter. When an emergency happens, customers need someone who can respond quickly, provide reassurance, and help guide them through the next steps. And when you succeed, your earning potential is truly unlimited. What You’ll Do Respond quickly to real-time emergency leads involving fire, water, storm and other property damage. Meet with impacted homeowners, property managers, and business decision-makers to understand their needs. Help customers navigate the initial steps following a property emergency. Coordinate mitigation and reconstruction opportunities with customers and internal teams. Build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, and other key decision-makers. Conduct in-person consultations and identify opportunities to provide additional services. Maintain daily readiness to respond to emergency opportunities. Prepare customer care kits and other resources needed for emergency response. Prospect within your assigned territory to identify new business opportunities. Conduct ongoing market and territory research. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, customers, and referral partners. Meet or exceed weekly sales activity, appointment, and meeting goals. Accurately track customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity. Represent the organization professionally in every customer interaction. Participate in regular work-in-progress meetings and team collaboration. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the growth of the emergency response team. What We’re Looking For Strong sales, closing, and relationship-building skills. Confident and professional communication style. Ability to build trust quickly with customers who may be experiencing a stressful situation. Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Strong sense of urgency and ability to respond quickly to new opportunities. Resilient, persistent, and driven to achieve results. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, home services, or emergency services sales is preferred, but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to maintain reasonable evening, weekend, and holiday availability when emergency opportunities arise. Why This Role?
