Rapid movement may be required to ensure client safety. Qualifications: ACTIVELY ENROLLED IN A MASTER’S DEGREE PROGRAM IN APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS OR A RELATED FIELD ON AN APPROVED BCBA COURSE SEQUENCE (required for BAT 1; BAT 2 and BAT 3 must maintain active enrollment through the program, or have recently graduated and be preparing to sit for the BCBA exam) Must have a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or be willing to complete our 40‑hour training, comps, and the RBT exam Bachelor’s degree completed (a relevant degree and coursework is preferred) Desire to work with children; experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Commitment to maintain RBT certification and to accrue supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification Availability to work 40 hours weekly, including some flexibility regarding schedule changes required to accommodate patient needs Must be able to pass a background check Must obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card Must acquire certifications in CPR / First Aid BloomKidz, Inc. is committed to equal opportunity in the terms and conditions of employment for all employees and job applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or gender expression, national origin, disability or veteran status.
