Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities and support their overall well-being.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment to promote a positive atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Document client progress and report any concerns to the management team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.
• Provide compassionate support and encouragement to clients.
• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations at all times.
• Engage clients in activities that promote social interaction and personal growth.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience in a support role or caregiving preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Background check clearance required prior to employment.
