Contents are subject to change at the company's discretion.****Education****Required - Registered Nurse Diploma Preferred - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing****Work Experience****Required - 5 years nursing experience.1 year supervisory experience****Certifications****Required - Current RN License in the state of practiceBasic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart AssociationPreferred - Certification in clinical specialty area****Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)***** Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.* Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.* Strong conflict resolution skills* Excellent interpersonal skills* Strong analytical and interpretive skills* Advanced judgment and decision making skills* Strong time management skills* Ability to work self-directed including and to work independently and manage multiple priorities and competing demands**Job Duties*** Manages implementation timelines, ongoing clinical and technical support, and development of site-specific education and improvement strategies.* Conducts system and process reviews on targeted operational and service functions to validate or recommend implementation opportunities to improve productivity, customer service and/or quality of operations.* Serves as a liaison to regulatory agencies and community partners and participates in meetings, conferences, in-services, as required.* Serves as a team lead.* Chairs committees as assigned.* Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style.* Other related duties as required.The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only.
