Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients into the office and check them in for their scheduled appointment
• Coordinate and schedule appointments
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments and general questions
• Connect with colleagues about changes in the schedule or patient information

Experience:

• Proficiency in using Dentrix preferred
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage unexpected changes and shifting tasks
• Previous dental office experience highly preferred
