Full Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Avionics Installer / Technician to join their team. You’ll install and upgrade GPS, navigation, communication, autopilot, and engine monitoring systems on single and light twin-engine propeller aircraft. The role involves reading wiring diagrams, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring top-quality, safe installations. Key Responsibilities Install and upgrade GPS, navigation, communication, autopilot, and engine monitoring systems Read and follow technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics for precise installations Perform system checks, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality Work closely with team members to deliver safe, high-quality avionics upgrades Qualifications 3+ years of avionics installation experience Hands-on experience with single and light twin-engine propeller aircraft (required) Familiarity with Garmin avionics systems (strongly preferred) Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license a plus, but not required Benefits upon hire 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Family vibe at a small to medium-sized company Pay: $25-40 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:30am-3:30pm (flexible start time) #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacific Staffing, LLC
