Job Description Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Assembly Mechanic We are a well-established and growing manufacturer of industrial/construction dewatering pumps that is currently seeking an Assembly Mechanic for its manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, FL. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing servicing and repair of diesel-powered equipment. Job Required: · 2 to 5 years’ experience in all phases of mechanical assembly, maintenance, servicing, and repair of equipment. Only experienced candidates need to reply for this position · Have a valid Florida driver's license. · Must be able to follow instructions. · Must be able to work alone, with little or no supervision. · Must be able to read instruction manuals and drawings. · Must be able to pass a drug screen and background checks · Has the ability for advancement within the company. Skill Requirements: · Ability to work with multiple employees and clients in a fast-paced environment. · Adaptable to change. · Attention to detail. · Must be a self-starter. · Willing to learn new job skills. · Ability to meet deadlines. · Strong problem-solving skills. · Team-oriented. · Ability to work with those at all levels of the organization. Education Requirements: · High School Diploma or GED · Military Schools (Maintenance) Local applicants are preferred.
