We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Experience Assemblers to join our Northside production team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products efficiently while adhering to safety standards and process protocols. Your hands-on expertise in manufacturing environments will help ensure smooth operations, continuous improvement, and the delivery of exceptional products to our customers. Duties
- Assemble components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments according to technical drawings and production documents
- Operate forklifts and other factory equipment safely to move materials within the manufacturing area
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure precise assembly processes
- Conduct manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, while following safety protocols to prevent injuries
- Maintain quality standards by inspecting assembled parts using measuring instruments and ensuring compliance with specifications
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to workflow or safety procedures
- Manage production documentation diligently, recording completed tasks, inspections, and any deviations or issues encountered during assembly
Skills
- Proven 2 years factory or manufacturing facility experience with a strong understanding of assembly line operations
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and other assembly equipment effectively
- Experience with forklift operation and manual handling techniques in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including safety protocol adherence and lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to manage production or assembly teams, supporting collaborative efforts for efficient workflow
- Technical proficiency in interpreting production documents and implementing process improvements confidently
