Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and special education requirements
• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with IEP/MDE teams, families, and school staff
• Strong assessment, evaluation, and documentation skills
• Passion for helping young children achieve developmental, sensory, and functional goals
• Flexibility, creativity, and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment

In this role, you will:

• Plan and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each child’s unique needs
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations during both initial and re-evaluation stages
• Interpret assessment data and communicate findings with IEP teams to support informed decision-making
• Develop, revise, and monitor progress on IEP goals, adjusting plans to support optimal outcomes
• Collaborate routinely with other professionals, as well as parents and caregivers, to maximize student growth
• Document all services, progress, and assessment results accurately and efficiently
