Job Details
- Lead and manage tax compliance and consulting engagements for high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, and closely held entities.
- Review complex tax returns including:
- Form 1040
- Partnership returns
- S Corporation returns
- Trust and Estate returns
- Gift Tax returns
- Develop and implement advanced tax planning strategies related to:
- Income tax
- Estate tax
- Gift tax
- Wealth transfer planning
- Serve as the primary advisor and relationship manager for clients.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and provide proactive advisory services.
- Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Mentor, coach, and develop Tax Managers, Senior Associates, and Staff.
- Review technical work and provide tax guidance to engagement teams.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on client growth and practice development initiatives.
- Participate in networking, business development, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
- Monitor tax law changes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Partner with leadership to expand and strengthen the Private Client Services practice.
