Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide outstanding patient care in a dynamic setting. The position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient status, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Shift Details

• Night Shift: 1800 - 0630
• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• No set schedule; rotating shifts may apply
• No on-call requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care is provided to patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement effective patient care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document patient care accurately.
• Assist in coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience is required, with charge nurse experience preferred.
• Current certifications required: NRP, ALCS, BLS, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (within the last 2 years).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
