Marketing & Events Coordinator

Greenville, SC|Full-Time|Reports to the Director of Marketing & HR The Hayes Approach helps organizations build stronger workplaces through HR consulting, payroll administration, compliance, leadership support, and business advisory services. We're looking for an organized, service-minded professional to support our marketing, office and event coordination. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT Work directly with experienced consultants and business leaders Gain hands-on exposure to marketing, client service, HR consulting, operations, and process improvement Ideal for someone curious, eager to learn, detail oriented and ready to take initiative WHAT YOU'LL DO Marketing, Brand & Business Development Keep our website content current and accurate Manage our social media channels and posting calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google) Plan and run marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and client communications Create, edit, and distribute content and branded materials Develop and send sales proposals to prospective clients (with business proposal team) Track marketing activity and engagement, and report on what's working Support leadership on networking, client engagement, and business development Event Coordination Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, conferences, and trade shows Develop and produce marketing materials for conferences, trade shows and job fairs Plan and execute special internal events such as 20 th year celebration in 2027 Calendar, send invitations and support training sessions for clients or The Coach’s Road™ trainings Pitch in on special projects and operational initiatives Client and THA Office Support Document and maintain our standard operating procedures Organize birthday greetings and celebrations for internal team Create and implement client recognition programs Order promotional items, client gifts, and event materials Order and stock office supplies as needed. Manage holiday client gifts and cards Organize and schedule photo shoots and website bios for THA and TCR teams. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required 3+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and project management abilities Ability to work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and other business software Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail Preferred Degree in Marketing or related field Experience with website management and social media platforms Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation tools THE RIGHT PERSON WILL BE Strong at building relationships A professional communicator Driven by initiative and ownership Skilled at managing time Highly organized A natural problem solver COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Hourly position starting at $22 per hour Performance-based incentives QSEHRA, life, disability, and retirement benefits Generous holiday schedule and paid time off Exposure to multiple business disciplines Direct access to experienced business and HR leaders The Hayes Approach is an equal opportunity employer.
