Animal Hospital of Shawnee Hills has served the Powell, Ohio community since 2012, and the team takes its work seriously without taking itself too seriously. Services range from preventive and wellness care to surgery, hospitalization, and end-of-life care, all backed by modern technology and a genuinely close-knit team. We're looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join that team, someone ready to bring warmth, organization, and a little personality to the front desk. This is a place where good medicine and a good sense of humor are expected to coexist.

What You'll Help Make Possible

• A front desk experience that makes clients feel welcomed, heard, and never rushed
• A lobby that stays calm and organized even when the phones are ringing and the schedule is full
• Pet parents who leave feeling confident and cared for, even on their hardest days
• A team that can focus on medicine because the front of house is running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary or customer-service setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable navigating digital systems and patient charts

Preferred:

• A calm, upbeat presence during busy stretches
• A sense of humor and genuine enjoyment of working with people and pets

Schedule

• Full-time, Swing shift
• 8.5-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends
• No holiday shifts required

Compensation
The pay starts at $16 per hour, based on experience, skills, and credentials.
