Job Title: Manufacturing Technician / Production Technician

Location: 100 Nagog Park, Acton Massachusetts 01720

Shift: Monday to Thursday (6am - 6:30pm) & (6pm to 6:30am)

Pay rate: $24 to $27/hr on W2

Job Overview:

Seeking an Manufacturing Technician to operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment in a medical device production environment.
Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities:

Operate, set up, and maintain automated production equipment
Troubleshoot machine issues and perform preventive maintenance
Monitor product quality and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety guidelines
Support inventory, documentation, and cleanroom manufacturing

Requirements:

High School Diploma
3+ years of manufacturing experience
Mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with automated equipment and HMIs preferred
Medical device and cleanroom experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
