Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Assistant Director Of NursingWe are looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to help organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility. This role will assist the DON in creating a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies so that all personnel will be able to do their best in caring for patients. An ideal ADON candidate that we're looking for should be a hard-working and compassionate Registered Nurse who has steadily and successfully developed their managerial and administrative skills. Being efficient, dedicated, a good listener and a problem-solver is exactly what we're looking for.
