Job Description
Title: RN Clinical Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:
- Current RN License in the state
- Knowledge of nursing practices as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
- Familiarity with the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards put forth by the American Nurses Association

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team to provide individualized high-quality patient care.
- Uphold the voice of the patient and adhere to system policies and procedures to support service excellence goals.
- Engage in evidence-based practice and research to enhance nursing competencies.
- Collaborate with other licensed and unlicensed caregivers to ensure safe patient care delivery.
- Support the Wellstar Shared Governance Model and Professional Practice Model in daily nursing activities.
