Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Home Health (HH) services located in a designated area. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must have graduated from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of Physical Therapy, possess a current Physical Therapy license within the State of practice, and hold BLS certification. No minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education and/or experience is preferred.
• Additional Information: The role requires the ability to evaluate patient functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document according to professional standards, communicate effectively with patients and team members, and supervise supportive personnel as appropriate. Candidates should demonstrate adaptability, clinical skills, and effective communication. Physical agility and strength are essential to perform the duties safely.
