Veterinary Assistant

- Flexible 10-12 hour shifts with varying days per week + No overnights
- Mentorship at every stage - work alongside doctors and technicians who are invested in your growth
- Tech-forward tools including laparoscopic surgery suite and AI scribe software
- Balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases - no two days are the same
- 2+ years of veterinary assistant experience; emergency or urgent care is a plus but not required
- Team-first mindset - collaborative, communicative, and ready to jump in where needed
- Passionate about delivering best-in-class care to pets and their people
- Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on keeping the clinic running smoothly
- Bonus Points: experience or interest in dentistry or anesthesia
- Client Support: Create a calm, reassuring experience so pet parents feel confident in their pets' care
- Procedural Support: Assist doctors and technicians with treatments and procedures, including safe and gentle patient restraint
- Clinic Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment for pets, clients, and the whole team

- $20-$24/hour, plus 1.5x pay on Sploot-recognized holidays
