Finance Accountant

To support day-to-day financial operations, the full-time Finance Accountant will manage multi-entity intercompany allocations, bank reconciliations, and compliance reporting while working remotely outside of Canada. Key responsibilities Monitor cash balances and perform bank matching and reconciliations across all entities Prepare and post journal entries, manage payment setups, and ensure accurate revenue entries and reconciliations Support quarterly GST preparation and annual audit processes, while identifying automation opportunities to enhance finance operations Required qualifications 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or SaaS/tech environment Strong knowledge of IFRS and accrual-basis accounting principles Experience with Xero or similar cloud accounting platforms Self-motivated with a client-first mentality and the ability to meet deadlines independently CPA, CPA candidate, or equivalent accounting designation in progress is a strong asset
