About Us
We develop high-converting hooks, angles, ad scripts, and creative concepts for Meta. We analyze winning ads, competitors, and creative performance patterns. We produce 10 briefs/scripts weekly that go straight into real spend.
We collaborate closely with video editors and media buyers. We build and improve creative testing systems through fast iteration. We care about high ROAS, low CPA, scalable ad spend, and finding breakthrough winners.
The Role
We're hiring a copywriter who can think strategically — not a strategist who can write.
Requirements
You will edit 10 ads per week that go straight into real spend. You will work with UGC, AI clips, and the best raw footage in the men's supplement space. You will see your creatives scale to $10K+/day, or fail fast and learn faster.
You will build toward becoming a creative strategist. The XP system: Working here is playing a game you can win. Every ad you ship earns you XP, tied directly to the ad spend it drives.
Translation: if your ads perform, your income compounds automatically. No politics. No waiting for a "review." Your work scales, your bonus scales. Period.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a strong direct-response copywriter with a copy-first mindset and proven DTC/eCommerce experience (supplements/performance brands preferred). You understand hooks, emotional triggers, and conversion-focused messaging.
You are data-driven: you analyze, learn, iterate — numbers over opinions. You want to be the best at this, not just employed in this. You have high ownership, are a fast executor, strong communicator, and are comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
