About the Role
The Company is seeking an Interim Market Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide senior financial leadership for a large multi-state healthcare region. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic financial planning, partnering with operations and strategy teams to enhance organizational performance across various healthcare facilities. This role involves serving as the primary liaison between regional operations and enterprise finance teams, leading the development of annual budgets, long-range financial plans, and performance improvement initiatives. The Interim Market CFO will also oversee key financial and operational functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining strong internal controls and financial governance standards. Applicants for the Interim Market CFO position at the company must have a Master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related discipline, with a preference for CPA certification. A minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in healthcare finance, including at least 5 years in a management role, is required. The role demands a leader who can effectively utilize financial analysis and operational insights to support the growth, efficiency, and achievement of enterprise objectives. The Interim Market CFO will be expected to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance and must be prepared to lead the financial operations of the healthcare region with a focus on driving performance and ensuring the financial health of the organization.
