Leasing ConsultantAs a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in the leasing and sales process. This role is critical in bringing our core values to life each day.Putting People Come First, you will create welcoming, positive experiences by building genuine relationships with prospective and current residents through active listening, empathy, and professionalism.Being Rooted in Sustainability, you will take pride in presenting a clean, well maintained community and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to preserving the quality and integrity of our homes and neighborhoods.To Act with Purpose, you will approach each task with accountability and intention, delivering consistent follow through that drives leasing success and resident satisfaction.Those who Cultivate and Elevate will thrive in this role by collaborating with teammates, contributing to a strong community culture, and supporting shared goals that move the property forward.If you have a passion for people, sales, and real estate, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist prospective residents in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner, both in person and over the phone.Conduct property tours, showcasing amenities and available units while creating a personalized experience for each prospect.Answer questions and provide accurate information about leasing terms, pricing, and property policies.Assist in processing lease applications and conducting background checks with attention to detail and integrity.Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow up activities.Coordinate move in and move out processes, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for residents.Support resident retention efforts through effective communication, relationship building, and timely service.Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and well presented community environment.Qualifications/RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a combination of an Associate's Degree and 1 year of relevant work experience or a High School diploma and 3 years of relevant work experience will be required. Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained their CALP designation.Prior experience in property management, leasing, sales, or customer service is required.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
