CT Technologist

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CT Tech to join our outpatient radiology team in downtown Seattle. In this role, you will independently perform a wide variety of CT exams, manage daily patient workflow, ensure optimal imaging quality and radiation safety, and cross-cover in X-Ray as needed. We offer flexible day shift options (5x8s or 4x10s) and a supportive clinical environment focused on high-quality, long-term patient care.


Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex CT procedures and diagnostic imaging exams independently with high accuracy.
• Manage daily clinical operations, patient scheduling/workflow, and maintain high standards of radiation safety.
• Optimize scanning protocols, troubleshoot imaging equipment, and support local quality assurance programs.
• Provide clinical leadership and peer training to clinical staff.
• Cross-cover in General Radiography (X-Ray) and assist in secondary imaging modalities within scope as needed.
• Maintain strict regulatory compliance and collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and clinical personnel.

Position Details & Schedule

• Role Type: Contract-to-Hire (1,040 hours)
• Location: On-site (Downtown Seattle)
• Shift Options: Day Shift - Choice of 5x8s or 4x10s (Tuesday - Friday schedule for 4x10s)
• Pay Rate: $45.82 - $72.60 / hour (commensurate with experience)

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3+ years of experience operating CT equipment independently (no new grads).
• Licensure/Certification: Active ARRT (CT) registry credentials and state licensure.
• Core Competencies: Ability to work autonomously, optimize scan parameters, troubleshoot technical equipment, and manage patient care smoothly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience cross-covering or operating in X-Ray / Radiography.
• Proven track record in protocol development and clinical staff training.
• Strong commitment to local, long-term outpatient healthcare delivery.
