Deliver focused, individualized speech therapy interventions honing in on communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and family members to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Provide valuable education for patients and their families, promoting progress beyond clinical sessions.

Participate in infrequent inpatient evaluations and interventions, guaranteeing seamless continuity of care throughout treatment phases.

Ensure thorough and timely documentation in accordance with relevant state, federal, and organizational requirements.

Remain informed on new developments in the field, engaging in continuous education and collaborating with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a regionally accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not currently ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days post-hire.

A solid understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored for all age groups, focusing heavily on both developmental and acquired aspects of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
