School Psychologist - Las Vegas, Nevada

This contract position offers flexibilitywith both full-time and part-time opportunities availableideally suited for a dedicated School Psychologist ready to contribute their skills near Las Vegas, NV. The role spans the entire academic year (August 10 May 21, 2027), and is conducted in person. Desired Qualifications: Valid Nevada School Psychologist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before the start date Previous experience working in K12 settings preferred Comprehensive understanding of psychological assessments, interventions, and special education processes Strong communication and consultation skills with students, staff, and families Ability to travel between three assigned school sites as needed Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations and interpret results for students in grades K12 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis support for students Serve as a knowledgeable resource for teachers and parents regarding student learning and behavior Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Support school-wide initiatives to promote positive student outcomes and safe learning environments This in-person role allows you to build rewarding relationships and foster inclusive school communities while broadening your professional network.
