Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid CA SLP-CCC required
• Previous teletherapy experience essential
• Experience working within elementary and/or high school settings
• Expertise in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
• Caseload management for fewer than 55 students
• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills
• Active California credential is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging virtual speech-language therapy to a diverse K-12 student population
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
• Provide timely progress reports and ongoing communication with stakeholders
• Utilize best-in-class teletherapy platforms and digital resources to enhance service delivery
