Media Advisor (Sales) – Print, Digital & Marketing Solutions What You’ll Be Selling Digital marketing (streaming, social, SEO, display, targeted ads) Radio advertising across our stations Fully integrated campaigns designed to deliver ROI What You’ll Be Doing Prospecting daily (in-person, phone, networking, referrals) Building relationships with local business owners and decision-makers Creating customized marketing strategies based on client needs Presenting and closing new business Growing and maintaining a long‑term book of clients Tracking activity and pipeline in CRM Income & Compensation Experienced Sellers $60,000 – $150,000+ annual earning potential Guaranteed $5,000/month base salary (with sales targets to achieve) during ramp‑up period for experienced sellers, up to 12 months Uncapped straight commission following No cap on income Entry Level Sellers $40,000-$150,000+ annual earning potential Transition to uncapped straight commission once commissions exceed base salary No cap on income If you can produce, you can earn!
