Product Business Analyst Intern

Salary: $36,814 - 46,204 per year

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Business, Health Sciences, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. We value strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, along with the confidence to think critically and ask insightful questions. We need someone who can organize information and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Familiarity with process mapping, business analysis, Agile, AI tools, Salesforce, healthcare technology, or design thinking is an advantage, but not mandatory. We support product managers and business analysts in collecting and documenting business requirements. We assist with mapping processes, identifying pain points, and recommending improvements. We take part in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and product discovery sessions. We help convert business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and related project materials. We support testing activities, including coordination, writing test scripts for user acceptance testing, and validating business requirements. We look for ways to improve workflows through automation, digital solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities. We participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives. We collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, product, operations, and technology. We provide a real-world working environment, a solid foundation of experience, and exposure to senior leadership through our intern program.
