Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
• Michigan Teacher Certification - highly qualified in subject area for level
• Endorsement: K-12 in LD, CI, EI or ASD
• Recommendations from coworkers or instructors knowledgeable about skills providing instruction to students with disabilities
• Skilled with documenting services provided to students
• Ability to balance a caseload of up to 15 students and meet deadlines for paperwork requirements

Preferred: experience teaching elementary/secondary aged students with disabilities

Preferred: experience working with PowerSchool and PowerSchool Special Education

Salary Data: EFE contract is a 15 step schedule. Bachelor's lane: $50,831 - $82,897. Master's lane: $55,105 - $87,756, plus $3,000 additional on each step for MA+30 or beyond.
