Inventory Associate

In this position, you will be responsible for performing and maintaining the receipt, inspection, and inventory processes of goods in accordance with various standard operating procedures (SOPs). Key duties include verifying received items against orders, handling discrepancies, and documenting receipts to facilitate accounts payable processes. Position is also responsible for updating relevant stakeholders on current inventory to align with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) inspections or specific testing. Additionally, the role involves managing both radioactive goods and customer samples, maintaining organized inventory records, and ensuring inventory is available, staged and kitted for upcoming production needs.

Key Accountabilities:

• Receive and log all goods received per GMP SOP
• Check that what was ordered, was Handle any discrepancies.
• Notify owners of receipt and identify GMP goods that require Receiving Inspection
• Check in radioactive isotopes after appropriate training

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Management or equivalent
• Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook,
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
• Excellent organizational skills and not easily flustered with frequent
• Unyielding observance of laboratory safety requirements but comfortable working around radioactive isotopes while observing all the relevant safety precautions.
