Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining a focus on high-quality care. You will utilize our telehealth platform to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and collaborate with team members in coordinating care. The role may require working within traditional hours, typically Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with possible evening or weekend shifts to ensure comprehensive student support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students, identifying personal backgrounds, presenting concerns, and individual risk factors.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans in partnership with students, utilizing evidence-based practices to address mental health challenges and promote overall emotional well-being.

• Provide therapeutic interventions grounded in recognized methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, to effectively manage a variety of mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that focus on personal development, emotional regulation, and healthy coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners to ensure integrated care approaches that encompass all facets of the student’s mental health needs.

• Respond to crises and provide immediate support in urgent mental health situations, ensuring proper escalation and additional support as required.

• Deliver psychoeducation to students and their families, empowering them with the knowledge of mental health conditions, treatment options, and local resources.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes using electronic health record systems.

• Engage in multidisciplinary meetings, furthering your professional development and fostering collaborative working relationships among team members.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
