We are seeking a professional and experienced Attendant / Server to join our team on a contract basis in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, serving food and beverages, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events or dining areas as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a server or attendant in a hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
