Role Summary

Our client is seeking a Functional Oracle ERP Architect with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials to lead functional solution architecture, business process transformation, and architecture governance.

The ideal candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle ERP solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional solution architecture for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials , including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS)
- Oracle Projects
Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable ERP solutions.
Conduct business workshops, fit-gap analysis, and future-state process design.
Define and optimize end-to-end finance processes including:
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Project-to-Profit
Design and govern Chart of Accounts, enterprise structures, and financial data models .
Review and govern Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process flows, and end-to-end solution designs .
Act as the primary liaison between finance/business stakeholders and IT teams.
Define integration requirements and collaborate with technical teams on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions.
Support functional testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

Governance & Delivery

Participate in project backlog management and ensure requirements are clearly defined and delivered within established SLAs.
Support timely resolution of critical functional issues and incidents.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.
Conduct Show & Tell / solution demonstrations for completed features and enhancements.
Gather stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into subsequent implementation cycles.
Maintain effective communication across business, functional, and technical teams.

Required Experience

Strong experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Architect / Oracle ERP Architect .
Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials .
Experience with GL, AP, AR, FA, AHCS, and Oracle Projects .
Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C, and Project-to-Profit processes.
Experience with ERP solution architecture, business process transformation, and fit-gap analysis.
Experience defining integration requirements and working with OIC / Oracle Integration Cloud .
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with both functional and technical teams.
Must be comfortable working during EST business hours .
