Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $19.13 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and security‑related policies at an industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate details to site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, check credentials and visitor logs, and help support authorized access procedures for staff, contractors, and deliveries. Document incidents, observations, and maintenance‑related concerns, and report hazards, equipment issues, or policy violations to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. All applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. All applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
